Mr. ADAMA Diarra
 

Mr. Diarra was born in 1957 in the Sikasso Republic of Mali. He has a Masters in Public Law from the National School of Administration in Mali, followed by training at the International School, Bordeaux, France. His main competencies covered public and private sectors, national and international administration, with broad experience of work in the associations, more particularly in the implementation and the management of action plans in favor of people in need.

As professional experience, Mr. Diarra is actually Director of National Solidarity Fund, a national agency dealing with poverty alleviation issues in Mali. He has been Director of Agency for Social Development Minister of Youth (Government of the Republic of Mali) in 1996. Business manager of the housing company (ACI) also as an Internal auditor.

Mr. Diarra is a social activist and humanitarian worker. Mr. Diarra is founding member of several associations in Mali. He has been Permanent Secretary of the forum of Ministers of Social Development for West African countries in collaboration with the UNESCO program of Management of Social Transformation. Mr. Diarra is actually Mali Red Cross Honorary Chair after chairing Mali Red Cross for 12 years. He was elected member of the Standing Commission of International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. Mr. Diarra is elected Mayor of a constituency of 14,000,000 population.
